Payment Procedure

• We request a valid document be made upon arrival.

• We request that a deposit (against possible damage) be made upon arrival. Payment of this deposit will amount to 30% of your estimated total, and as such is equivalent to the 30% deposit you will have paid already at the time of booking, This means that you will have paid as of your day of arrival a total of three-fifths of the bill you will receive at the end of your stay.

Cancellation fee:

The deposit of 30% of the amount due sent to confirm the reservation is non refundable in case of cancellation.
The terms of cancellation are regulated by Directive 90/314/EC and below:
- Cancellation from 20 th to the 11 days prior to arrival, will be due the sum equal to 60% of the amount due for the stay;
- Cancellation from 10 to 7th days before date of arrival, will due a sum equal to 80% of the amount due for the stay;
- Cancellation on the 6th day before the date of arrival until the day of the stay, or for any interruption of the holiday will be due the sum equal to 100% of the amount due for the stay.
